Who we are
The Atlantic Research Alliance (ARA), is a new Paris-based initiative, an outgrowth of the MIT France Foundation and other US universities clubs in France and Europe. It is designed to facilitate and financially support the temporary or permanent relocation of U.S. research teams to Europe.
ARA is an independent and apolitical non-profit organization, created to operate with full neutrality in service of the scientific community.

Today the first office is open in Paris. It is working actively to the first round of fundraising through an international foundation and the coordination with the French and European academics, research institutes and authorities.
Our services
Prepare and Welcome
When you are ready to move, we can help with finding the right European university, and when you arrive with getting set up and you and your family fully integrated in the new lifestyle.
Compensate and Foster
We compensate with your donations the delta of salaries for the first five years and we help professors find additional paid engagements.
Select and Verify
We select the quality of the projects of applicants and the right use of your donations. We verify the correct execution of the projects and the win-win outcome.
